Provide a passport valid for at least three months after the requested visa expiration date, signed by the holder. Include copies of all relevant pages (data page, signature page, pages with previous Schengen visas from the last 5 years, and UK/USA visa copies)

Provide a copy of your Saudi National ID card and family card if applying with family members.

Submit two recent passport-sized photos against a white or light-colored background. The photo must be taken within the last 6 months and without a head covering for male applicants.

Provide a detailed travel plan if visiting multiple countries in Schengen. Include air ticket reservations, hotel bookings, and other accommodation proofs.

Include confirmation from the hotel with the full address, including the name, street name, building number, city, hotel email, and telephone number.

Both parents or legal guardians must sign the application form and provide passport copies.

Provide a valid Travel and Health insurance policy covering Schengen countries with at least EUR 30,000 for medical expenses.

Include any car rental reservation details.

Include a letter from your employer stating the purpose of the visit, salary, employment date, position, contract length, and if it’s renewable. It should be attested by the Chamber of Commerce.

 If the sponsor is different, include a no-objection letter from the sponsor mentioned in the residence permit. Self-employed applicants must provide a valid original trade license and a copy, with translation.Private/domestic staff should submit a letter from the sponsor and a copy of the job contract.

For Saudi Nationals: Submit a bank statement for the last 3 months showing regular income/salary, stamped by the bank. If the statement does not show regular income, provide additional proof, like credit card statements.

For Non-Saudi Nationals: Provide a bank statement for the last 6 months, showing regular income/salary and the current balance, along with payslips for the last 6 months.
